What do the monthly plans actually cover?
Every plan includes premium ultra-fast hosting, SSL certificates, daily backups and domain management. Care ($100/mo) adds 30 minutes of content updates and 48hr email support. Growth ($249/mo) adds AI upkeep with usage costs included, 2 hours of updates, a monthly performance report and 24hr priority support. Partner ($499/mo) adds ongoing SEO, custom growth recommendations, proactive enhancements, a quarterly strategy call and same-day support.
Are there any lock-in contracts?
No lock-in contracts, ever. Everything is month to month and you can cancel anytime. If you ever leave, I hand over the complete site files so you can take them anywhere. You stay because you love the service, not because you're stuck.
How does drone video work?
Cinematic FPV drone video is its own service, built for businesses that want video content that stands out. It's a one-off: you pay once, I shoot and deliver, and the footage is yours. Fully edited packages include the raw footage too. There's nothing to host or maintain, so no monthly plan applies. CASA accredited.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, 50% upfront before I start and 50% on delivery before the site goes live. Before I build a single line of code, you'll sign off on the design. This protects both sides and ensures you're 100% happy before launch.
Can I add AI features or SEO later?
Absolutely. Every add-on, bundle and AI integration can be bolted onto your site at any time as your business grows. AI features run on the Growth plan or above, so they stay monitored, tuned and paid for at the AI end.
What if I can't afford these prices?
Talk to me. I personally consider custom pricing, and in some cases free work, for owners who genuinely need it. It depends on my workload and the type of work, but you'll always get an honest answer.
